Dr.Eleazu has been a practicing clinical pharmacist for more than six years. She has experience in a variety of practice settings including managed care, HMOs, community and hospital pharmacies as well as both the pharmaceutical and technology industries. Following the completion of multiple medication therapy management (MTM) certification programs, Dr.Eleazu has been working as a consultant pharmacist providing MTM services to various medical clientele and their patient populations. |
